A fun, sweaty 1-hour Bonnie's Bootcamp-style class using only your body weight that will improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, agility, and overall fitness level. Don’t let your kids get sedentary this winter! Pushups, planks, frog jumps, and jumprope are just a few of the things that they will do. They will love this class that empowers them and teaches the benefits of exercise and healthy eating. Each class a new healthy snack will be discussed and recipe handed out. Please bring a jumprope and yoga mat to class and plenty of water.
