A mother of 3 children ages 18, 14, and 14 (yes, twins!), Bonnie is an certified ACE Personal Trainer who holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University, and is the Creator of Bonnie's Bootcamp, a sought after fitness program offered throughout Metro West. She is a former owner of a Diet Doc Franchise, Diet Doc Metrowest, and is a nutrition expert who offers 1-on-1 and group nutrition coaching program that teaches clients a flexible eating plan for permanent weight loss. Bonnie is also a Certified Life Coach, and these skills are heavily utilized as she coaches all of her clients using a cognitive mindset approach to weight loss and reaching goals.
Bonnie is a former amateur all-natural Figure and Fitbody Competitor, who discovered this exciting hobby in 2012 when she turned 40. This comes as no surprise since Bonnie is no stranger to the stage, and in 1992, represented the State of Vermont in The Miss USA Pageant. Bonnie currently stays active in the bodybuilding world as is a judge for the WNBF.
When she’s not busy coaching clients or being a mom (driving kids everywhere or in a hockey rink or watching a soccer, basketball, or lacrosse game ) and wife to husband Scott, Bonnie enjoys cooking healthy recipes, having coffee with friends, reading books or listening to them on Audible, watching Bravo, HGTV, and Netflix, and just relaxing with her "most favorite person, " her Shihtzu, Roxy.
