The Metabolic Map program with Bonnie has been a game changer for me. I was stuck in a major rut. I exercise 6 days a week and eat healthy, but my weight was creeping up. My clothes didn't fit comfortably and I was self-conscious. I felt bloated and gassy at the end of the day. I had been following the same nutrition plan for a few years and I needed a change.
Calling Bonnie was one of the best decisions I've made! In the past 8 weeks, I've not only lost weight (8 pounds -- more than my goal!) and inches, but I've regained my confidence and feel like I have a whole new wardrobe now that my clothes fit again! My bloat is gone. When Bonnie figured out my target macros, she took into consideration my exercise and activity level so I know I'm eating the right amounts of carbs, fat, and protein to build and repair my muscles.I got back to prepping food on the weekends so I have healthy options for the week.
Logging my food on My Fitness Pal has been eye-opening. I used to eat fruit all day long, not realizing all the carbs and sugar I was eating. In my mind, fruit equaled healthy. Now I'm much more aware of what I eat and I think about whether I really want something before I put it in my mouth.
I've learned that eating doesn't have to be associated with guilt or deprivation. Nothing is off-limits, even my favorite molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, as long as I plan for it. That's what the flexible dieting is all about!
The FB group has been so helpful. The support, encouragement, and motivation from the other members is amazing, whether it's patting someone on the back for a job well done, cheering someone on after a rough day, or answering a silly question about what food to eat. Bonnie is also available to answer questions or give support, which makes the whole process of figuring out what foods to eat so much easier.
I can't believe how much better I feel and how much success I've had in just 8 short weeks. I can't wait to see where the next 8 weeks take me!

I am a mom of four, and after my littlest guy was born, I really wanted to get back to my pre-child body. Bonnie is truly wonderful to work with!
