Wayland Bootcamp

Are you looking for a quick 45-minute HIIT class? Look no further!

 

Using only your bodyweight, this class focuses on full-body strength, conditioning, flexibility, agility, and lots of core exercises. High-intensity interval training for maximum calorie burn and quicker results. All fitness levels welcome, exercises can be modified. This class is a perfect adjunct to anyone's current exercise routine, as well as a great way for new exercisers to get started! Please bring a yoga mat, sweat towel, jumprope, and water to class.

9:15-10:00am (In gymnasium in cold/inclement weather)

 

Due to Covid-19, we were unable to finish the last 2 classes of Winter Session 1. Stay tuned for refund information. Spring session is cancelled. I hope to see you in The Fall!

I will prorate if you can only attend 1x/week, but

2x/week is recommended and encouraged.
