Zoom Bootcamp!

A kick-your-ass workout from the comfort of your own home.

A 60-minute small group, full-body workout. Using HIIT (high intensity intervals), we will work on strength and conditioning with a strong focus on core training. Exercises can be modified, but attendees should have a basic knowledge of squats, lunges, pushups, and planks.

The entire class will be in one spot (have a yoga mat), so a large space is not needed. Hand weights will be used during the class. Don't forget a sweat towel and water!
