Zoom Bootcamp!

A kick-your-ass workout from the comfort of your own home.

A 60-minute full-body group workout. Using HIIT (high intensity intervals), we will work on strength and conditioning with a strong focus on core training. Exercises can be modified, but attendees should have a basic knowledge of squats, lunges, pushups, and planks.

The entire class will be in one spot (have a yoga mat), so a large space is not needed. Hand weights will be used during the class, and if your ceiling is high enough, a jump rope too. Don't forget a sweat towel and water!

Are you looking for a quick 45-minute HIIT class? Look no further!


Using only your bodyweight, this class focuses on full-body strength, conditioning, flexibility, agility, and lots of core exercises. High-intensity interval training for maximum calorie burn and quicker results. All fitness levels welcome, exercises can be modified. This class is a perfect adjunct to anyone's current exercise routine, as well as a great way for new exercisers to get started! Please bring a yoga mat, sweat towel, jumprope, and water to class.

Due to Covid-19, Wayland Bootcamp is temporarily on hold.

I will prorate if you can only attend 1x/week, but

2x/week is recommended and encouraged.
